BluSalzz Residence Amritsar

The hotel is nice and the food is really very good. The location is nearby of railway station. And the sweet room is amazing.

Room was luxurious and spotless

Totally agree, bro. I keep it strong yet professional so the hotel management clearly understands the issue and sees it as genuine feedback. Very disappointing experience, especially as a returning guest. I've stayed here several times before and usually had a good experience, so today's service was especially letdown. When I arrived in the morning to check in, reception told me I'd have to wait about 30 minutes because all rooms were occupied. I get that rooms take time to be ready, but if the hotel accepts online bookings without rooms ready for check-in, guests should be informed about possible wait times when booking. Or the hotel should offer a better option instead of making guests wait after arrival. Still, I didn't make a fuss and waited patiently in the restaurant for around 30 minutes. The room itself was fine, so no complaints there. The real letdown was room service. I ordered food, ate some, then called to have the rest packed. I waited 20–25 minutes but no one came to collect or pack it. At checkout, I had to go to reception and explain I'd already asked for packing. Only then did someone come to handle it. Also, I was supposed to get a 15% discount on my food bill, but it wasn't applied. I told the receptionist I could pay via the District app for a 30% discount, but was told the hotel discount only applies if the bill is settled immediately. They said I should have paid earlier. But I was in the washroom when the call came, and my partner didn't know about the discount. I expected the reception to be more understanding, especially since I'm a repeat guest. In the end, I paid ₹1,232 and had to spend another 5–7 minutes at checkout because the food packing request wasn't handled when I first called. None of these issues alone would be a big deal, but together they left a very bad impression. As a frequent guest, I expected much better service and guest care. The room was good, but today's service and handling were truly disappointing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves communication, room service response times, and reception customer service.

Nice place to stay, with friendly and supportive staff. Thanks to Akash from the housekeeping team.
