Stay is average.Single air conditioner which is not sufficient as per room size. Central air conditioning is must. Washroom is big in size but does not have any ventilation. Suffocating in washroom.Do not recommend this hotel.
1 We had booked two signature suites for five of us, with one extra mattress, for which extra charges were paid. When we reached the hotel, we decided to take an additional room for the fifth guest and paid. We informed this platform and requested for refund for the extra mattress. But reservation team denied the same to this platform. Spoke to GM but no joy. I think there's no concept of goodwill at Bloom.2. Anyways, reached the room and settled. Soon found that ac is intermittent. Asked them to get it checked. After sometime, they offered to change the room. I told them it's working now but get it checked. No one came. As a result, at 2 in the night, it went off.3. Breakfast was average on day 1( single fruit, dull poori and subji, idli not so soft) but fantastic on day two. Lovely idlis, chhole bhature, fruits etc4. One of us wasn't unwell and water glasses were in that room so asked for two glasses. They were asking explanation for the same and denied.5. Health faucet was set at such a pressure that it almost tore through my bum. Plug point in the room is loose.6. Location is good, rooms are good too but there's no reliability and no person touch or goodwill/care for the customers. Would rather stay in reputed hotels nearby. We needed to extend stay because of medical issues but we are shifted to nearby hotel.
Must visit at bloom boutique. My personal experience is very best. The rooms were full higin and clean. ❤️
