We booked two rooms and had a pleasant stay overall. The reception staff was very welcoming, polite, and soft-spoken. The rooms were good and comfortable, though the washrooms felt a little congested. Service was slightly slow at times but manageable. The location is excellent, being very close to both the Golden Temple and Jallianwala Bagh.One small feedback: in one of the rooms, a continuous song or audio could be heard faintly throughout the day, possibly coming from the Jallianwala Bagh side. It may be disturbing for guests who prefer complete silence or want to rest during daytime. Improving the soundproofing of the rooms would make the stay even better.

Room No. 304 ’ Golden Family Suite (stayed for 4 days in the 2nd week of March 2026 )Disappointing hotel stays we had experienced. The room had no fan, a very small window with broken fixture, and no natural light, making the room feel suffocating. There was also a mild smell from the AC vents, along with strong tandoori kitchen odors entering the room, which made the stay quite uncomfortable.The hygiene standards were also questionable. The liquid hand soap, shower gel, and hair shampoo appeared to be the same liquid placed in different containers, which did not give confidence about the hotel’s personal care productsAnother unpleasant incident occurred during our stay. On one of the four days, we returned to the hotel around 6:45 PM and called the restaurant requesting hi-tea. Instead of politely explaining the timing, the restaurant staff abruptly said that hi-tea is served only from 4 PM to 6 PM and immediately banged the phone.Considering that we were staying in their family suite for four days, a simple request for just a cup of tea could have been easily accommodated, especially when the restaurant itself was operational from 7 AM to 11 PM. The manner in which the call was handled was rude and left a very poor impression of their service attitude.Overall, I would not recommend this property. Travelers may instead consider nearby hotels such as SureStay by Best Western Amritsar or Hotel Ecolite Mars Amritsar, which offer much better facilities and service in the same area.Unfortunately, we had booked this hotel based on the positive reviews available online, but our actual experience was completely different and quite disappointing.

Our stay at this hotel was not a great experience overall. The rooms were quite compact and felt smaller than expected.While booking, it was mentioned that certain complimentary services such as early check-in, late check-out, and high tea would be provided. However, these were not offered during our stay, even after we requested them.TV wasn’t working and toiletries were given only after requestingThis was disappointing as these amenities were part of what influenced our decision to book the hotel. That said, food and location were decent and convenient.

Very rude staff! They allotted us room after 2 hours and kept us waiting and started calling us frol morning itself for check out! Highly unprofessional and bad staff. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone! Also we booked online, for people booking it at the site, they gave it half the prices.
