I had a good overall experience at voco Amritsar, an IHG Hotel. The rooms, cleanliness, facilities, and overall ambience were good, and most of the things were well managed.However, there were a couple of issues that I feel the management should look into.The biggest inconvenience was that two-wheelers are not allowed inside the hotel premises. This makes it quite difficult and inconvenient to receive Blinkit and Zomato orders, as delivery partners cannot easily come inside to hand over the orders. For a modern hotel, there should ideally be a more convenient arrangement for guests receiving food and grocery deliveries.I also found some staff members to be unprofessional in their behaviour and approach. In particular, my interaction with a staff member named Amrita was not up to the standard I expected from an IHG property.Apart from these issues, everything else was fine and I enjoyed my stay. Hopefully, the management will take this feedback positively and work on these areas to make the guest experience even better.
My fourth visit to Voco in last 4 months. Room was nicely decorated with logo Welcome again . Nice gesture. Floor manager and all the staff is very cooperative. Very good breakfast. Nothing to complaint
