The room was spacious and spotless, with a well-maintained bathroom that made the stay comfortable. The location was ideal for shopping and easy access to nearby attractions. Staff were attentive and facilities met all needs, enhancing the overall experience. The only downside was the view, which was less impressive compared to other aspects.

This was undoubtedly the worst experience we've ever had with Hyatt. Having been loyal guests at Hyatt hotels worldwide for years, this makes the situation even more disappointing and unacceptable. We've stayed at this Hyatt property multiple times over the years, always returning because of the trust we placed in the Hyatt brand. We stayed here last year and also at a Hyatt hotel in Dubai two years ago. Our family has consistently chosen Hyatt because we believed it represented safety, quality, professionalism, and excellent hospitality. Unfortunately, despite our loyalty and repeated stays, this has been the worst experience we've ever had at any Hyatt hotel globally. Due to the poolside staff's negligence, the floor wasn't properly cleaned, no caution sign was present, the poolside helper was missing, and the safety guard was distracted by gossip instead of watching the area. Before our family's accident, we saw a father carrying his baby slip in the same spot. Shortly after, two family members fell—one with minor bruises and the other with a broken arm needing surgery. This is unacceptable for a five-star hotel. Luxury means nothing without guest safety. We expected professionalism, vigilance, and accountability but encountered negligence, carelessness, and a failure to maintain basic safety standards. This has been our family's worst hotel experience. The negligence was so severe that legal action and filing an FIR would have been justified. However, we chose not to pursue this out of goodwill and respect for the Hyatt brand we trusted. Sadly, this experience has shattered our trust. Years of loyalty were undone by an incident that should never have occurred. After repeatedly staying at this Hyatt and others worldwide, including Hyatt Dubai, we never thought our loyalty would end this way. We sincerely hope management takes immediate corrective steps, holds those responsible accountable, and ensures no other guest or family faces such negligence. No loyal customer should leave a Hyatt remembering it for the worst experience of their lives rather than its hospitality.
