Family • India • Aug 2026The chair they had in the room was broken, the toiletries they kept in were used by someone. They water was clogging in the wash basin. We weren't able to sleep throughout the night since they were doing some work in the hotel by drilling throughout the night, at 3.30 am I called the reception and asked about the same they simply said that they were not allowed to do the work during the day time hence they work at night, but they continued the same work throughout the day. Poor bathroom hygiene. They dont even provide tissues even after asking. Better hotels are available in the same location for the price they charge. Poor staff attitude as well.
