We arrived early and were told to wait half an hour for the room to be ready which was fine. When we received the room, we found the floor to be dusty, the safe box was not working and the water heater was was not working which was frustrating because if the room was not ready yet, we could wait. Eventually, after these issues were fixed, only the water pressure from the heater was poor. We spent most of the time outside and when we complained to the staff, they accepted the flaws. We stayed here 8 years before and had a very good experience then so we were left disappointed with this experience. The best thing about this hotel is its proximity to the Golden Temple. Today morning when we checked out, there was no-one at the reception. No bell to call a staff, just a WhatsApp number but no-one replied until two hours later, i received an automated message. We just left the key on the table snd left.
Never would we ever stay here and would ever recommend. Not worth the price. Rooms are dirty and had bed bugs. Service is uterly dissapointing.
The rooms were dirty and unkept, bedding were dirty and dusty, clogged sink and bathroom was a bad show. Towels and toilet rolls were jot replenished. Despite asking to clean, nothing was done. Utter dissapointment.
