Had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was polite, welcoming, and always ready to help. Worst hotel experience ever. The rooms are dirty and completely unhygienic. There is no geyser for hot water, and the facilities are non-existent. Shockingly, the AC controls are kept with the management, and despite repeatedly calling them, they refused to turn it on. The staff is irresponsible and rude. Please do not waste your time and money here.
The bedsheets were torned, room stinks pathetically, washroom worst, service - 100, staff extremely manipulative, area very bad if you are looking for family, door knobs broken, no one to check who's entering inside the premises, duty boy is busy sleeping. please avoid this place at all.
