The front desk staff welcomed me warmly, handled the check-in swiftly, and made sure all aspects of my stay were well managed. The behaviour of the staff was excellent throughout my time there. Each member was courteous, professional, respectful, and always eager to assist with a cheerful demeanor. Their hospitality and meticulous care demonstrated the high standards expected of a luxury hotel. The room was stylish, immaculate, and well kept, offering a serene and comfortable environment. The hotel's overall atmosphere was elegant, soothing, and tastefully designed. I strongly suggest The Earth Amritsar to anyone seeking top-tier hospitality, superb customer service, and an unforgettable luxury stay. I am eager to return on my next trip.

Our stay at The Earth by Wyndham was a delightful experience, and I would particularly like to acknowledge the efforts of Mr. Ram (General Manager) and his entire team for bringing new life to this beautiful historical property while preserving its heritage charm.While checking availability through the hotel app, I found that the required rooms were unavailable. However, after calling the hotel, I connected with Ishpreet, who went out of his way to assist us and arrange four rooms for our family. He made the booking process seamless, accommodated our requirements, and ensured that everything was handled efficiently.What stood out most was his customer-centric approach. Given our late arrival, he personally called to discuss dinner options and arranged for freshly prepared meals to be kept ready even at 11:30 PM. He also collected our IDs in advance and completed much of the check-in formalities beforehand, making the arrival experience smooth and hassle-free.Upon arrival, Pradeep and his team continued the excellent service by efficiently allocating the rooms and ensuring dinner was served promptly. The food prepared by the chefs was tasty, customized to our preferences, and greatly appreciated after a long journey.The property is centrally located, close to several historical landmarks, including the revered Golden Temple, as well as many well-known eateries and restaurants. It is also conveniently located about 20 minutes from the airport. The hotel has a charming colonial character and has been tastefully renovated. The rooms are spacious, with front and rear sit-out areas, high vintage-style ceilings, large washrooms, separate shower areas, and bathtubs. The overall design thoughtfully blends heritage aesthetics with modern comfort.There are a few areas that could benefit from attention. Some dampness was visible on certain room walls, which may be attributable to the age of the original structure. We also encountered a lizard in one of the rooms; however, the facility management team responded promptly and professionally, resolving the issue quickly and ensuring our comfort.Breakfast offered a good spread, and the staff were attentive to guests' requirements. The property also features a swimming pool, which appeared to be a favorite among families with children. A bar facility is expected to commence operations shortly. We were informed that an additional wing is under construction, which will significantly increase room inventory and further enhance the property's appeal.One feature we particularly appreciated was the ability to park our vehicles almost directly in front of the rooms. Given the expansive three-acre campus in the heart of the city, this added a great deal of convenience.The staff across all functions’including the restaurant, room service, security, housekeeping, and facility management’were courteous, responsive, and eager to help. Special thanks to Ishpreet, Pradeep, Abhishek, Vinay, Bhanita, and the chefs, Naagendar and Sachinder, for making our stay memorable.Our family has been staying at Ramada Amritsar for over a decade. This time, we decided to try something new due to the increasing crowd at the Ramada, particularly during breakfast hours, and some of the challenges associated with an older property. The Earth by Wyndham offered a refreshing alternative with its boutique feel, limited number of rooms, quieter atmosphere, fresh property setup, and overall comfort. Given that the room tariff is broadly comparable, these factors made a noticeable difference to our stay experience.Overall, a comfortable and memorable stay defined by a beautiful heritage property, excellent location, warm hospitality, responsive service, and delicious food. Nice place, great ambiance n perfectly located in the heart of Amritsar. Good is exceptional and so is the service. I was served by Ms Pallavi and Ms Bhanita and both are exceptionally hard working, obedient n very charming. Both are great assets to this hotel EARTH. Both are knowledgeable n happy souls. The hotel is highly satisfactory in all aspects.
