Hotel Puri Palace

Had a terrible stay at Puri Palace. The customer service was careless and nobody responded properly to our concerns. The room AC was hardly working and there was almost no cooling. On top of that, the AC would automatically shut off during the night because of some timer setup, which made the room unbearably hot and ruined our sleep. Completely dissatisfied with the experience.

Pleasant ambiance with tasty and enjoyable breakfast and dinner. Great service, keep it going.

My stay at Puri Palace was very disappointing. The customer service was indifferent, and our issues were not addressed adequately. The air conditioning in the room barely functioned and provided little cooling. Additionally, the AC would turn off automatically at night due to a timer, making the room extremely hot and disturbing our sleep. Overall, I was very unhappy with the experience.

Tumhaara hotel bahut kharaab hai, sudhaar nahi kiya toh band karna padega. Roz wahi ek hi nashta milta hai, aur vo bhi sadhapan se bhara hua. Bathroom mein magga tak nahi hai, humein glass se nahaana pad raha hai. Bathroom mein exhaust lagwao, hamara aadmi tumhaare bathroom ke commode mein ghus nahi paaya. Lift ka darwaza theek se band nahi hota.
