Overall stay is good but need to improve the things1.No Bucket and Mug in the Room2.No proper Power setup only fan working for more than one hour3.No mini fridge in the room,Tea,coffee,milik sechets not present in the room4.Room size is little smaller

Hotel is very close to Harmandir Sahib as well as Shaheed Ganj Sahib Baba Deep Singh ji, no stress of parking also. I wanted a place like this since every time i visit Amritsar I had to park my car in paid parking and find scratches on my car (while exit you can't blame anyone because there are long queues at exit and it is waste of time arguing for it. Also the problem of carrying luggage on your own to hotels got sorted. Recommended place to stay. Despite the affordable rate, the hotel's shortcomings made my stay unpleasant.*Key Issues:*- *Staff Shortages*: The hotel seemed understaffed, which affected the overall service quality.- *Basic Amenities*: The bathroom lacked a functional lock, which posed a significant security concern. Despite reporting this issue, it was not addressed promptly.- *Unresponsive Staff*: After bringing the issue to the staff's attention, I was disappointed by their lack of concern and follow-up.*Recommendation:*Given the hotel's shortcomings, I would not recommend it to others, even at a discounted price. The hotel's inability to provide basic amenities and ensure guest safety is a significant concern.

I had stayed with my family and Hotel Dua provided us with an excellent triple bed option. Room was spotlessly clean and elegantly designed. Hotel is very close to Golden Temple and you can easily get e- rickshaw just outside hotel. Breakfast was yummy and all of us liked it! We have very good memories of Amritsar (our first visit) and really liked the people of the city very generous and friendly. Recommended from my side ’?

One of the best hotels we have stayed in so far. The room was clean, the staffs were warm and it is located very near to the Golden Temple complex. Good hospitality overall . The terrace space and the lift access was cheery on the cake. Highly recommend this place!
