Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The food was fresh and tasty. The hospitality from the staff was warm and welcoming throughout our visit. Service was quick and attentive, making the overall experience comfortable and enjoyable. A few minor areas could be improved, but overall it was a great stay.

Room was good. Very convenient location.Only one problem- DO NOT book cab from hotel. The person they will set you up with- Lucky Paji, is a cheat and a liar. First day he set us up with a drunk driver. Second day he negotiated one price then on the way back, he is threatening for extra and if you don’t pay he’ll ask the driver to drop them off at the source. Won’t pick up call, didn’t arrange anything, neither food nor stay, for the driver for overnight. He is very rude and a big liar and no humanity at all. Only because of him the last day of our trip was a bust. Highly recommend, do not get connected with Lucky Paji. Because of people like him Punjab gets a bad name.

Experience was excellent. Rooms are very nice. Staff are cordial. Breakfast used to be served in the morning are hygenic and tasty. One should must utilize the services of Red Martin hotel.

I genuinely wish there was an option to give 0 stars. Here is my feedback:We had to ask more than 20 times just to get a kettle for hot water. Only after repeated reminders was it finally changed. This is basic hospitality, not a luxury request.We requested a mug and bucket in the washroom for a senior citizen traveling with us. One of your staff members actually said, ’That’s not possible.’ Are you serious? This response is shocking and unacceptable.During lunch, we ordered Hakka noodles which were shared by 4 people. At night, we ordered the same dish and received far less quantity, and it was extremely salty’completely inconsistent and careless.Breakfast was the worst possible start to the day. It took 30 minutes just to get basic crockery. You sent only paranthas on two plates when there were five people in the room. This shows zero planning or concern for guests.We paid a good amount of money, but the experience was nowhere close to what was promised. The service, food quality, and staff attitude were all deeply disappointing.This stay was absolutely not worth the money, and I will never recommend this place to anyone.
