My experience with this hotel was very disappointing. The service was unacceptable, and the staff behaved rudely and unprofessionally. When I arrived at the scheduled check-in time, the hotel gate was locked. After contacting the staff, I was told the hotel was full and only a non-AC room was available. Even after agreeing to take that room, they refused to give it to me. Arriving at the confirmed check-in time to find the gate locked, being told the hotel is full, and then denied the only room they said was available was very frustrating. There was no proper help, no professionalism, and no concern for the trouble caused. The staff's attitude was very rude, making the whole experience stressful. I strongly advise against booking this hotel. Don't waste your money or face such issues, especially if you're traveling from another city relying on a confirmed booking. I'm writing this after going through that frustration.
