Avoid this hotel as they scam guests with billing. At check-in, they said the bill would be given at checkout, but at checkout, they said they'd send it through WhatsApp. I never got the bill and now they don't answer my calls. Stay away from this place—they scam on billing.

Best hotel within a 1400 rs budget, it was clean with nice interior and cleanliness. I had a view of Jalliyawallah Bagh. Service was good, and the staff was also good. The bed was clean as well. Actually, people should visit there. I think the price was great due to competition in the area.

Our stay at Hotel Global Inn, Amritsar was very disappointing. We were first assigned Room 306, where we discovered a bed bug. After complaining, the hotel did change our room, but this was clearly an unpleasant and unhygienic situation. Unfortunately, the issues continued. The service was generally poor. We asked for a kettle multiple times, and although we were told it would be provided, it arrived very late. The Wi-Fi and intercom were not working, and many other service requests were ignored or delayed. Despite raising these problems repeatedly, there was no proper response or follow-up. We were assured things would be handled, but little was done. While occasional problems can happen, the way these complaints were managed made the stay very frustrating. Bed bugs, non-working Wi-Fi and intercom, repeated service failures, and poor management response made for an overall terrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel.
