Couple • India • Oct 2026I took three Rooms, 2 triple sharing and 1 double sharing from 13th to 17th July'26. I must say that their services are amazing and on timely basis. Rooms are clean and tidy. Location is very near to The Golden Temple. Most important they treat the guests with complete courtesy and flexibility. My check out date was 17th July'26 and train departure time was at 4:50pm, hotel check out time was 12 Noon, but despite of the hotel protocol, the hotel owner offered us to stay for long/post 12 Noon, so that we are in comfort. Goodness must be appreciated, we felt like home being there. Hotel Holy City services are Holy (Pure) indeed. I recommend you folks(visitors) to stay here, whenever you visit Amritsar.

Group • Jul 2026Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience at Hotel Holy City.During my stay, a member named Pritpal (beard-cut person) arranged a taxi for us. The actual fare was ’1400, but we were charged ’2000. It clearly looked like extra money was added for personal commission.This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially when it comes from the son of owner. If this is how guests are treated, it raises serious concerns about trust and transparency.I strongly advise others to be careful while booking any services through hotel staff here. Always confirm prices yourself to avoid being overcharged.Very poor ethics and highly disappointing and bad experience.
