Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience at Hotel Holy City.During my stay, a member named Pritpal (beard-cut person) arranged a taxi for us. The actual fare was ’1400, but we were charged ’2000. It clearly looked like extra money was added for personal commission.This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially when it comes from the son of owner. If this is how guests are treated, it raises serious concerns about trust and transparency.I strongly advise others to be careful while booking any services through hotel staff here. Always confirm prices yourself to avoid being overcharged.Very poor ethics and highly disappointing and bad experience.
