I never received my money back horrible experience
Booked a deluxe room. It was mentioned that the room would have an AC. But on check in, the receptionist said that for ac, extra 300 was to be paid. Also, the rooms were not cleaned. The pillows, bed sheets and blankets were dirty.
Charged me extra for turning on AC. Rude staff and 0 cleanliness
