I had a fantastic stay at Best Western. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and all the amenities were perfectly arranged.The staff was extremely friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free.The location was convenient, and everything I needed was easily accessible. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a good variety of options.Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Best Western and would definitely choose to stay here again!

We had booked for 3 nights from 16/2/25 to 19/2/25, it was the worst experience I ever had,WiFi didn't respond for all my stay,breakfast was only indian poor service,room cleaning wasn't done on time,no toiletries were kept,had to call them early hours at 4am for towels,brushes,etc,had a power cut-off for few minutes lifts we're not working,had to complain at the front desk Ms Sarina but no action was taken,she only used to ask every morning are you checking out,as she knew we had paid for 3 nights in advance, but still she kept on asking the same question every morning,had to ask for the Manager Mr Rahul regarding these issues but same story not excepting,they are not qualified staff at all,they do not give priority to foreigners,they only give priority to wedding functions and parties,all my stay at the hotel the Bar area was totally booked no access. Extremely very poor service.

My stay at Best Western Summerlea, Jalandhar has been truly memorable and heart-warming. From the moment we arrived, the hosts and staff made us feel genuinely cared for...always warm, attentive, and ready to help with a smile.Thanks to Karan the housekeeping guy who came in just the moment I called and helped us in doing up the room perfectly well and helped us with all our unresolved queries. A special mention of Sareena, who went out of her way to assist me in getting my sweater altered perfectly to my size. Thanks to Anita, whose stitching skills are simply excellent..so neat, precise, and thoughtful. Such personal care is rare and deeply appreciated.The overall tidiness and cleanliness of the hotel deserve applause. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, enhanced by serene, soothing music that gently greets you every time you step in...it truly relaxes the mind and soul.The experience is further elevated by The Glenn Multi-Cuisine Restaurant, which adds its own charm with authentic, flavourful food and impeccable service. Every meal felt thoughtfully prepared and beautifully served.All in all, this stay felt less like a hotel visit and more like being looked after with warmth and grace.
