Had a very pleasant stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained with essential amenities like a mini bar and safe. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff was very courteous and helpful. The food was delicious with a good variety of options, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. There are few positivesQuick check inClean and tidyStaff friendlyQuick and swift room change at 3.30amBreakfast- all the pastries and cakes taste very dry! All fruits out of season and again lacking flavours.No coffee machine.Seems they are using the cheapest ingredients- you can tell by taste.Do not book room 318- it’s right next to the laundry room where you will noise disturbances throughout the night. They should not be booking this room out which actually carries a premium. I requested a move to another room on day 3- where the bed sockets were not working- so could not use and charge my mobile at the same time, they changed my room again. So 3 rooms in 3 daysHeating- the system they have is dictated by what the majority of guest want on that floor. So if majority want cooling or off and you want heating- you will not get heating.They gave me a tatty portable heater which tripped in 10 minutes of use, but for after complaining again about the heating- it worked perfectly for the last 24hrs of the stay.Ironing boards are very old and rusty with a flimsy cover.All towels are well used and clear signs of wear.Water in shower is warm!Would not stay here again

We had a great experience with ’ fortune avenue’. I booked a rooms for my in-laws family and for myself too, from 3rd December to 8th December. The booking was so smooth and easy. Special thanks to MR. ROHIT VERMA to helped with booking. all the rooms are perfect, cleaned, and full of facilities like ( tv, water heater, AC , Hot kettle, mini fridge , water bottles and many more things) The service in the hotel from restaurant to housekeeping was wonderful and fast. The staff are very friendly and communicative. They always was out of door within 1 call. My in- laws and myself enjoyed there stay. Thanks to MR. MANJEET also for the good hospitality. He is very helpful with all my concerns and sort out on time. He is one of the best staff member in the hotel. Fortune should proud of him. ’’. If I talk about the food in restaurant named ’orchid ’ it was tooo delicious all the time. We had a breakfast buffet everyday over there + we all had everyday dinner in the restaurant too. Almost try many dishes and everydish was ’ finger licking good. Must try ’ lime soda’ mix and ’ mutton Rogan Josh’, sarso ka saag’ mouthwatering food. Mr. SANDEEP was very professional , good communicative, well groomed staff in the restaurant. We got a good service by him. Overall I will recommend this hotel for stay, for function and for dinners to everybody. I am really missing my time with ’ fortune’ i I FELT LIKE ’ your home away from home’ ONE OF THE BEST HOTEL IN JALANDHAR ’ definitely will stay there again in future. THANKS FOR MAKING MY TIME MEMORABLE.
