Totally Terrible Experience ’ Not Even Worth One StarWe checked in around 9 PM and went out shortly after. When we returned around 12:30-1 AM, we were shocked to find that the management had given our rooms to someone else. How is that even possible?After a lot of confusion and hassle, they finally assigned us new rooms, but they didn’t provide AC remotes. The blankets were stinky, and to make matters worse, I developed skin irritation the next day’something I’ve never experienced before in my life.This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Think at least ten times before choosing this place!

This was quite inconvenient as mornings are usually rushed, especially when one is on a business trip. It took a considerable amount of time for the staff to attend to guests and serve the food. The staff seemed a bit understaffed or overwhelmed, which might be the reason for the delay. However, the staff were polite and tried their best to accommodate the requests once they were able to attend to them.Dining Experience:The breakfast spread was decent but not impressive. The variety was limited, and the quality of food could definitely be improved. The slow service at breakfast time further diminished the overall dining experience. The hotel could benefit from either streamlining their breakfast service or adding more staff during peak hours to ensure guests are served promptly.Location and View:Hotel Robin Inn is situated on Queens Road, a location that is fairly central and convenient for accessing various parts of Amritsar. However, the view from the room was not pleasing. The surroundings were not particularly scenic, and there was nothing noteworthy to look at from the windows. For travelers who value a good view, this might be a bit disappointing.Overall Experience:Overall, Hotel Robin Inn offers a basic stay for business travelers. The hotel has the potential to provide a better experience with some improvements in room decor, service speed, and food quality. It is reasonably priced, but given the areas that need improvement, it currently offers just an average experience.I would recommend Hotel Robin Inn to travelers who are looking for a no-frills place to stay, especially if they do not plan to spend much time in the hotel. However, for those seeking a more comfortable and efficient stay, there may be better options available in Amritsar.
