Hotel Radha Prasad

I am very disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. The rooms were not clean, basic amenities were missing. The staff response was slow and not very helpful. Overall, the experience did not match the expectations or the price charged. I would not recommend this hotel.

Recently booked two rooms at this property on Dec 27th & 28th during my visit to Thiruchengode. Though location of hotel is good and close to main temple, however the property calls for urgent maintenance works.Rooms had tiny cockroaches running all over, the linen wasnt clean and had stains which made us re-think our choice of booking this stay. Not advised to stay this property.

Very disappointing experience.We booked a room on 17th November through GoIbibo for ’877 (including tax). After four days, on 21st November, the hotel staff called and said there was a ’software issue’ and the actual room cost was ’5,000. They asked us to either cancel the booking or pay the higher amount.If the price was incorrect, they should have informed us immediately, not after four days. This kind of last-minute change and pressure to cancel is highly unprofessional and very annoying. Totally disappointed with the way the booking was handled.

Good in ambiance and location... service also good.. complementary breakfast is also too good...must try place..
