Bad facilities. No hot water in the bathroom. We waited 2.5 hours in the morning for water for basic needs. Received a bucket of hot water at 10:30 am, but it was muddy. Forced to check out at 11:10 am, felt like being thrown out. PLEASE VERIFY WATER SUPPLY BEFORE BOOKING. NO RESPONSE FROM RECEPTION.

I reserved this hotel via MakeMyTrip, but my stay was very disappointing. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures online. The property was not well kept, and the cleanliness was below acceptable standards. Some parts of the hotel had dirty sheets, cleaning tools, and mess scattered about, creating a very unhygienic feel. It seemed the online images were misleading compared to the real state of the hotel. I wouldn't suggest staying here unless the management enhances cleanliness and provides truthful photos in the listing.

Nice location very close to Mahalaxmi temple.Staff is excellent and polite and service was very nice. Cleanliness maintained in room .Food quality at hotel was excellent and cost is less compared other hotels.
