Hotel was at nice place just walkable distance from the railway station, also highway touch. One of the best hotels in Chiplun. We had lunch and complementary breakfast. Only few options were available; however the food was delicious.. I recommend this place.

Disappointing Stay Experience

Terrible service! The staff shows no empathy for guests. There is no trained personnel who cares about customer service. When the kitchen closes, guests are left hungry and have to go out searching for food like scavengers. When asked, the staff has no solutions or answers. It's pathetic! Additionally, the room amenities like the kettle and other electronics don't work. People don't mind paying extra if these things function properly. And to emphasize, there is no one available to address these complaints!
