Hotel Sahibs Light house

This is a lovely hotel with beautiful and elegantly designed rooms. The restaurant serves the most incredible local cuisine. Staff attentive, friendly and ready to help with travel plans and advice. the location is great, not too far by car to the sights of Agra. We had a short but very enjoyable stay, and look forward to returning one day.

A little outside the city. Room service needs to improve a couple of notches. We faced power outage multiple times and once we didn't have water in the toilet for nearly 15 minutes. We stayed for two nights, but our room was made only once, that also a half hearted attempt, when we were in the room. This was after we had requested a room clean up while going out on day one, only to return to find the room in the same condition we left it. Even on day one when we took up the room, we were asked to pay the entire tarrif in advance. So we did. But on entering our first room we discovered the room had no TV. Then our room was changed. The second room had a TV, but the set top box was not working, so that had to be changed. The next day, even this set top box had to be changed and then in the evening, the TV won't power on, so we had to call room service again. The complimentary breakfast was good on day one, but on day two, it was a poor attempt. Now I understand why they demanded for the entire tarrif in advance.

The hotel is not as bad as people say it’s pretty modern and fairly clean. Location is not great tho.What I didn’t like is one of the staff lying to me saying the nearest shop would be 30 minutes away and to buy from him instead. The shop was actually 2 minutes away. He told me a higher price than the actual shop too so I knew it was for a financial gain.Secondly he told me I can’t order food to the hotel before 11pm which was really strange id never heard of this and then the nice manager told me it was no problem and I can order whenever so I didn’t like the lies.I usually tip hotel staff for good service but this staff member did things for his own gain.

I came here with My school students for long trips. Don't believe in the Negative review.We all are from mahavir English school, From need district enjoyed the hospitality of Sahib light house.In starting I think that by reading Negative review that I should to book it or not.But I booked on some believe after conversation with sahil sir.All are good arrangement. Some times you have to manage with late service but this hotel is worth to money.Breakfast Was owsem.

This is honestly the worst hotel I've ever come across. It shouldn't even be considered as a last choice. The swimming pool is ridiculously small, unclean, and completely unhygienic. The management is even worse - the manager's attitude is extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Rooms and facilities don't match even basic standards. Totally disappointed, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this place.
