Cleaning required
This place is an absolute disaster hiding behind pretty Banquet Hall photos. Yes, the Banquet Hall looks gorgeous — but it’s a trap. The actual lodge is in a completely separate building and is in shockingly poor condition. Nothing like what they advertise.There was zero staff to help with luggage, no lift, and they still put guests in rooms upstairs. The level of inconvenience was unbelievable. By the next morning, we were greeted with animal poop in the hallway. I’m not exaggerating — actual animal waste inside the building. That alone says everything about how badly this place is maintained.The service was practically non-existent, the management clearly doesn’t care, and the entire stay was beyond horrible. We had booked for two days but the experience was so unbearable that we checked out after just one. It was one of the worst stays we’ve ever had.
