The hotel Is very worst dont book ur rooms in this hotel there are bedbugs in the bed and furniture and the service is 3d class and they don't have any type of generator if light goes because it happened with us it was summer season and there were no lights in hotels so don't book ur rooms here

Maybe this hotel is the oldest & in the center of the city, but the service is completely useless. It is not clean at all. We asked room service many times to clean the room & washroom. After calling 5 times, someone finally came to clean it. We ordered dinner, & even the dinner was completely cold. When we called room service to complain, the staff started shouting at us, saying the food is supposed to be like that or it will get cold while coming from the kitchen to the room.Worst Worst worst

It had lots of bed bugs, room service took 30-40 min to get attention, hot water came just one time in morning.Not recommended, not worth for 2500/- rupees for four peoplePeople were drinking alcohol too and dirt was not even cleaned
