I have visited restaurant after so many days but there is complete turn arround in terms of services and taste in negative way.Pathetic service, rude Caption , also taste is not up to the mark.BAR on open floor will not make it comfortable for family.

The ambiance is pleasant and comfortable, making it a nice place to dine. The food tastes really good, with a variety of options to choose from. The pricing is reasonable, which makes it a good choice for family meals or casual dining. Overall, a nice place to enjoy a meal.

We visited Crown Palace Restaurant after a long time. This place used to be known as OG Place in Indore where people would go especially for authentic North Indian cuisine. We had heard recently that the food quality had improved again, since it had gone down in between so we decided to give it another try.To be fair, the starters were good ’ especially the Paneer Tikka and Kebabs. No complaints there.However, the main course was extremely disappointing. The dish suggested by our server something similar to Chicken Rogan-style gravy was very spicy, lacked any real flavor, and was honestly not edible. None of us could eat it.We politely informed the staff and asked for the dish to be taken back. But they refused to remove it from the bill, even though we clearly did not consume it. This is not only bad hospitality, it reflects a very old-school and rigid attitude ’ especially when restaurants today prioritize customer satisfaction and value feedback.After this experience, we really did not appreciate the service or the approach.Sadly, we are giving this place 2 star.

Hotel Crown Palace is absolutely lovely. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The room service food was lovely. Ordered non veg kebab platter two portions five people could not finish it. So hearty and filling. I also had the best mutton handi biryani in my life at Crown Palace. We also ordered fresh lime soda which was very refreshing. ’? the gentleman who served us was very sweet ’? we had ordered a lot of food and he came four five times to serve our order and he was always so warm and smiling ’? had a lovely stay
