Hype of hotel is more than what it actually is. Not worth it to spend money on this hotel. Room service was not good. Even door lock was not properly working.

I rarely leave one-star reviews, but this stay earned it. From check-in to checkout, this resort failed at the basics.I paid an extra charge for early check-in and was still made to wait over an hour to get into my room — completely defeating the point of paying more. On top of that, they never provided a receipt for that payment. Charging guests extra and then handing over no documentation is unacceptable and makes you wonder how the money is actually being handled.The room was in poor shape. The kettle didn't work, the TV didn't work, and the bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty — clearly not properly cleaned before I arrived. The toiletries were pathetic, cheaper and lower quality than what you'd get at a roadside budget hotel. The food was below average across the board, with nothing worth recommending.But the service was the real low point. Abhishek and Prince were genuinely incompetent and unprofessional. They botched the check-in, couldn't produce a receipt for money I'd already handed over, and were useless the moment I actually needed help. No accountability, no effort, no basic competence.For a place charging resort prices — with extra fees stacked on top — this was a complete letdown. Save your money and stay somewhere that respects its guests. I won't be returning.
