Hotel Seclude Palampur

Serene location, with the majestic Dhauladhar ranges visible directly from my room. We were fortunate to have a ground floor room with a stunning mountain view.The room and bathroom were spacious and well-appointed. However, the aesthetics could benefit from a professional designer's touch. The curtains were insufficient to cover the full windows, and the bedside table lamps were rusty and unreliable. The door and window handles also showed signs of rust. Additionally, the flooring appeared outdated also they should use standard bathroom fittings rather than local.One drawback was the proximity of the playing/reading area to the rooms, resulting in constant noise. I hope these issues are addressed, as the staff and food were excellent. Overall, it's a great place to unwind, and with some improvements, it could be truly exceptional."

We had a wonderful time at seclude Palampur. We were advised red cheddar cottage and proved to be great fit as we were travelling with our pet. Cottage was separate with huge outdoor space and Mountain View was just terrific. The staff were super friendly and helpful, all our small needs were addressed and we loved food too. The small walk around the property has the most amazing view of mountains .

Wonderful stay!We had truly amazing experience. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Everything was clean and comfortable. The view was great. Staff were very cooperative. We really enjoyed our time there and really looking forward to coming back again.Thank you to the entire time for making our stay so memorable.

Best part about the property is definitely the hospitality.From the second you step in to the property, You'd feel that warmth and care provided by the staff.Location is pretty good,Away from the City Hustle and Traffic Noise.Food is also good and the best part is that every dish/item is freshly prepared on order.Shoutout to Himanshu, who's a gem of a guy and made our one day stay memorable.

Stayed at the Secluded Mudhouse for a much needed short getaway from the hectic city life, and it turned out to be exactly peaceful. The manager, Himanshu, and his team were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything. Since I had lot of luggage they were so accomodating.The food was homemade, delicious, and fairly priced, which made the stay even more comforting. Room is elegant mudhouse with amazing shower space. overall room was cozy, clean, and opened up to a stunning view of the Himalayas. The heater provided was a great bonus in the cold weather.It was a truly relaxing experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm countryside retreat.
