Hotel is good to stay without any further expectation. Site photos and actual property is different. Staff behavior is good. Overall ok kind of experience.
The location is fantastic with easy access to shopping and transport, making everything very walkable. The rooms are spacious and housekeeping is consistently thorough, ensuring cleanliness throughout the stay. Staff are friendly and attentive, contributing to excellent service. While most facilities met expectations, a few could use improvement to enhance the overall experience.
Worst Experience I’ve ever had—dirty rooms, rude staff, and nothing worked as promised. AC not working, TV not working. The bed felt like concrete, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I wouldn’t stay here again even if it were free.
