Hotel Shree Hari

Had a generally positive stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely polite and welcoming, rating 10/10 for their service. The restaurant served clean and delicious food. The rooms were roomy and the location was excellent. However, the bathrooms and rooms could use updating to appear fresher and cleaner, especially the bathrooms which require significant renovation. I recommend applying cockroach repellents as there were cockroaches found in the bathroom and one in the room. Also, please consider using room fresheners during cleaning. I do not advise hiring a purohit (panda) through the hotel.

The state of the room was very unsatisfactory and did not justify the cost. It was dirty and infested with cockroaches. The mattress and blankets smelled bad, likely from earlier occupants. The bathroom floor was very slippery, the toilet area smelled bad, and the exhaust fan was broken. The overall service was lacking and did not meet expectations.

The rooms, location,food, service everything is good in this hotel. The only concern is cleanliness. The rooms are old and we found small insects in the bathroom. Also,the linens, pillows could be better. Overall the stay was good,but they need to maintain the rooms a bit more according to the price.

Our stay at this Hotel was extremely disappointing, and I strongly suggest others to avoid this property.Severely rude reception staffs. The check in time of this hotel is 9.30 am. We have booked room in well advance and reached the hotel at 1.30 pm but still it took us 20 minutes to get a room because the room was not ready. They don’t ask for welcome drinks upon arrival and the A/c is not working properly in reception room. Their check out time was 8 am and the reception staffs are very prompt to call you repeatedly to vacate the room immediately.We stayed at room no-209 and the room was very small in size. Two single beds joined to make an uncomfortable double bed, and very cramped toilet.Water seepage from bathroom ceiling, exaust fan not working. You can't operate ceiling fan because regulator knob is not there. Due to problem in A/C, the drainage water overflow on the floor through seepage from ceiling light fitting. There is no knob available on main door of the room. Swimming pool is there but they don’t clean the pool on regular basis and the dress changing room was horrible. Public toilet of railway station is far better than this.The house keeping staffs never pick up the landline and every time you need to call reception staffs for everything. You have to wait for everything to get room service. Parking space is not available by the property.The COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST is an absolute disappointment and serving staffs are also not well behaved. Total 4 to 5 items are available in breakfast and the fruits they serve are not fresh.
