Hotel Silver Stone

I keep returning to Hotel Silver Stone in Ludhiana because it consistently offers a level of comfort and luxury that other places just can’t match. The rooms are well-maintained and the banquet facilities are perfect for events. It truly feels like a home away from home.

We had booked Silver Stone a few years back for my wedding reception. At that time, the owner, Mr. Manish, dealt with us directly and everything was top-notch’the service was good, the food was good, and above all, his way of handling customers was very professional.But recently, on 12th November 2026, we booked the hotel again for my firstborn’s first birthday, and this time, from start to end, the experience was completely opposite. The manager, Mr. Jagmohan Singh Bisht, was the most unprofessional person I have ever come across. There were several moments when we felt embarrassed in front of our guests. The tablecloths were stained, the waiters served used toothpicks (jootha) in front of the host, and although we had booked a non-veg menu, they served veg snacks for most of the event. The complimentry room was very dirty, bedsheet were stained and allover in a three star hotel it seems like a cheap room.At the time of payment, we discussed all these issues with Mr. Bisht, but he kept denying everything that had happened. He was not apologetic at all and behaved very rudely. In hospitality, guests are supposed to be treated with warmth and given first priority, but the person in charge completely failed in every aspect. Mr. Bisht was very unprofessional. #WorstExperience #WasteOfMoney

Very bad experience on my wedding day. They promised to give me a complimentary room . But on the day, they denied to give me a room and after arguing for 30 mins they provide me a room which was used and was not clean.Moreover MR. Jagmohan is not true to his words . At the moment of booking, we asked to set mandap for pheras on roof top in the middle but on wedding day, there was no arrangement done which was quite disappointed for me as bride and groom.Please think twice before doing the bookings. The standard and management of this Hotel is downgrading

We celebrated a birthday party over here. All the arrangements were awsome. Food was delicious. Service was very quick. Staff members were very polite. Overall marvellous experience.
