Amazing place to stay near ghat. People are wounderfull specially Mr saurabh Sharma who is such an humble person .All his staffs are also very kind and always there for ur help would suggest every one coming varanasi should come to hotel sita which is in the center of the old city with lovely view of river Ganga

Sita is the best place to stay in varanasi near ganga which is situated in the center of the city and very close to all major attractions and temple being a women and travelling alone felt very safe and secure at this place all staff and owner is very helpful and try to make ur stay a memorable stay will surely recommend everyone coming to varanasi should visit sita to fell the real kashi

I stayed at Hotel Sita Palace in Varanasi for four days, and to say it was excellent would be an understatement. Every staff member was extremely polite, courteous, and well-mannered. Whatever I requested was promptly arranged. In fact, when the geyser in my brother’s room was not working properly, they immediately shifted him to an even better room at the same rate.The rooftop restaurant is simply unparalleled. You can enjoy your breakfast, lunch, or dinner while admiring the serene beauty of the Ganga River. Just step down from the hotel, and you reach the Ganga Ghat, from where you can take a boat ride to enjoy the enchanting view of the river and the evening Aarti.The hotel has an automatic lift, so there’s absolutely no difficulty in moving up and down. The quality of food is also excellent. If I ever visit Banaras again, I will definitely stay at Hotel Sita Palace once more.And for Bengali visitors, there’s an added advantage ’ the hotel has Bengali staff members like Sourav Chakraborty and Bishu, who speak and understand Bengali very well.Overall, I would rate this hotel five out of five.

Their hospitality added a personal touch to the whole experience.**Spiritual & Cultural Experience:**What stood out the most was the **serene and spiritual atmosphere**. Staying at Hotel Sita felt like an authentic Varanasi experience’peaceful mornings by the river and an overall sense of connection to the city’s heritage.**Hygiene:**One area for improvement would be **hygiene**, which I’d rate at **3/5 stars**. While the rooms were generally clean, a bit more attention to cleanliness in the common areas would elevate the overall stay.**Overall:**Hotel Sita offers a **safe, welcoming, and spiritually enriching stay** that truly reflects the soul of Varanasi. Hotel was good, and great location right on the banks of the Ganges. What made the stay great though, was our guide Vishnu. He took us around the sights of Varanasi, and was a great host. Would recommend getting him to give you a tour of Varanasi if you stay at Hotel Sita
