Hotel Sita Niwas Near Langar Hall

Shri Sarabjit Singh Ji and his son, Mr. Baljit Singh Ji nickname Karan(the hotel owners), are very nice people.Their way of talking to and dealing with people is excellent. They puts customer's First. They suggested the right and best room options for us, and most importantly, they stand by their words.Hotel Sita Niwas near the Golden Temple in Amritsar is one of the best hotels.It has a variety of rooms and is run efficiently and systematically. We had a triple-bed room which was very clean, with a good mattress on the bed, clean bed sheets and pillow covers. The service after booking is excellent.It is a reasonably priced hotel. The food was also very delicious and tasted like home-cooked food.I wish Mr. Sarabjit Singh Ji and Karan Ji all the best. Ignore the negative reviews on the internet.Please do visit and experience it yourself.

Had a great three day stay at this hotel. The property is very close to the Golden Temple, which makes it ideal for pilgrims. We stayed in a triple bed room, which was spacious and neat. The beds were comfortable. The washroom was spacious, clean and had all basic amenities including a geyser, which was very helpful. The owners and staff were very courteous and room service was great too. Overall, a very satisfying experience.

Stayed here for a night. We had already requested to provide a cab but it was not there when we reached the airport.Had already mentioned that have senior citizens and cannot wait at the airport during booking but still taxi wasn’t present.Tried calling but no response. Dropped a message to cancel and booked Ola and they suddenly woke up and driver called. Had to pay Ola cancellation charges from my pocket. When questioned the driver he blames the manager and vice versa. Rooms are worn out and unclean. Bugs in the room. Would not recommend.

Neat and Clean Hotel in peaceful area.Food quality ultimate.Best location to stay nearby Darbar Sahib. Just 2 min walking distance to Gurudwara Sahib.

I booked the room by asking them if the was car parking available or not,while booking they told me that they have appropriate car parking and when I reached there they told me to park my car in front of the hotel. On the same evening police came and cut my challan for No parking worth Rs 600 and when I told this thing to the owner he told me that "What can I do in this ?".Most of the rooms are in back portion and you may feel suffocation there, so ask them to give room with balcony.
