Hotel SR Palani

The phone was not clean and not working.

My recent stay was quite pleasant! The accommodation offered clean rooms, ensuring a comfortable experience. I found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Its central location proved to be very convenient for exploring the area. Furthermore, I felt it offered good value for the money spent. This experience makes me consider returning for future trips. It's always rewarding to find places that meet expectations so well. I'm glad I chose this option. Looking forward to my next adventure! ’’’?? #TravelDiaries #GoodValue #PleasantStay

This was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I’ve had at a residency. We were traveling with a 10-month-old baby and arrived at night, for a proper rest hault. We waited till 10:30pm for the AC cooling to pick up. Around 11 PM that we were asked to wait for a room change. What makes it worse is that the ’new’ room we were shifted to had the exact same issue extremely poor cooling and ventilation. The room was hot, stuffy, and uncomfortable, making it impossible for the baby to sleep properly. For a place that claims to host residents and families, such basic comfort is non-negotiable.There was no sense of urgency, no proper support from the staff, and no consideration for the fact that a young child was involved. This is not just inconvenience it reflects a serious lack of planning, maintenance, and basic empathy.I would strongly advise families, especially those with infants, to avoid this place.

One of our customers stayed at Hotel SR in Palani with his family on April 2nd and 3rd, 2026. As the group included elderly persons and children, we had clearly specified the room requirements in advance as one triple-sharing room and two double-sharing rooms. However, upon check-in, the guest found that only one room was provided as triple sharing, while the other two double rooms were converted into triple sharing by adding extra beds. When both our guest and our team inquired about this change, the hotel informed us that they had accommodated several walk-in customers and adjusted our pre-booked rooms accordingly.Additionally, the hotel failed to provide basic amenities such as towels, soap, and even drinking water glasses. We are highly disappointed with this experience. Such treatment of advance booking customers is completely unprofessional and unethical.

The staff der wer so keen Abt the check out and was pesturing me for the same
