Staff behaviour very bad
I booked this hotel through the Agoda app and arrived around midnight as per my booking. When we reached the hotel, the reception staff refused to provide check-in, even though we had a confirmed booking. They said the room had already been given to someone else.The reception staff were very rude and unprofessional. They even closed the gate and left us outside at midnight, which was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable.The room price was also very expensive compared with other hotels nearby. We later found other hotels with much cheaper rooms, cleaner facilities, and much more friendly and helpful reception staff.I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. If you have a confirmed booking, make sure the hotel actually honours it, especially if you are arriving late at night

The room was just average. Although we booked for 3 people, they only provided 2 bathroom towels even after multiple requests. The room had basic amenities. Parking is limited to 3-4 cars and cannot be reserved; if you arrive late, they arrange paid parking nearby. The AC initially didn't work due to an electrical problem, but the staff helped promptly. Despite these inconveniences, the location is convenient as it is within walking distance to the Palani temple hill entrance.
