Sometimes one gets surprise, and this was a pleasant surprise. At a place like Balasore, hotel has managed to provide basic necessity.Rooms are good to go, perfect linens.Bathroom is also ok, hot water 24 hours available was nice.Restaurant was a pleasant surprise, with so much courteous staff. We were served hot by Sajesh( photo also taken with him’?), who ensured even one phulka was also given right from stove at fastest speed. Breakfast menu is also decent although fruits can be imrpoved in quality and variety.Reception is equally quick.Must stay for family or business, safe as well.
