The hotel is the most premium property in Balasore to stay. It is outside the crowded main city. Rooms and food quality is nice. Also the service part is the best. Mr. Dipankar is a very dedicated service person in this hotel. Whenever i go I call him for the food orders. He is very helpful.

Rooms are average sized, beds are comfortable, and a chiller ac for the may heat, however room walls and lights have cobwebs,bathroom too the glass and the shower area had water marks. Their service was outstanding and the fnb team service and detailing at the restaurant was commendable, food is priced on the higher side but definitly worth the taste and quantity sufficient for 2 people. Their breakfast buffet has good variety food and lots of fruit and dessert options. The only drawback is that it's inside some commercial park around 10 mins from the highway and the approach road feels as the end of the planet, car parking is sufficient and work is going on for expansion.but do note if you stay here no other restaurant, or any soul in sight for the next 2 kms.do opt for dinner or breakfast from their restaurant only..otherwise drive out to the national highway..very inconvenient location. Otherwise all else can be accommodated. Their swimming pool is good but their deluxe room for 3500 looks tiny. Would not recommend as there are other hotels in the vicinity which are more reasonably priced and offer better options and surrounding. We were returning from puri and needed a night to stay and booked this online..but were happy that even ghosts would not be around this locality.
