Hotel Stay Inn

This place is a complete scam. No one should go here. The service is also very poor. I checked in at 9 AM, and at that time I clearly asked if there would be any extra charge if I checked out at 12 PM. They told me, ’No, no, there is no problem, you can check out at 12 comfortably.’But when I checked out at 12, they started asking for extra charges, saying it counts as a half-day. They have no manners when talking to customers.This hotel is very bad, and the service is extremely poor. I wouldn’t even give it one star. It’s that bad. Please, no one should go here.

Decent and budget friendly hotel within a walking distance from the railway station. Would really recommend someone taking a small detour in Prayagraj.

We were running through a rough journey towards prayakraj raj via train due to train delayed for 4 hours and we were stranded at the station with the cold weather... Using the sources to check the nearest hotel.. this were we came across stay in hotel...I was actually insecure on the facilities & accomodations due to my dad was too tired.. Since we came across Malaysia,no alternative indian sim card to communite.. However using WiFi connection manage to Find the nearest Hotel, got the number & text via Whatsapp. I was Abit worried due to time was almost 9pm & they might not reply.. Not even few minutes the representative responded with a positive news that they do have availability & also send the room picture & I felt to relieve on the response.. they requested for a deposit payment & sinces I didn't had online I've requested them I will make the payment once arrive.. Without hesitating,they understood our situation & warmly welcome us to make the payment once I arrive.. The Best part This Hotel's Hospitality is tremendous & the best all I can say.. It is stratergic location we all varies food stalls & shop around ,whatever u need u can get outside of hotel...Not only that This is also run & Cafe Internally with a reasonable price & delicious foods..we felt home even we were far abroad from home...I Would Love to recommend you guys to come over to experience the home feelings of what we felt...Thank you Very Much Stay Inn Hotel for Extra Miles Services without expecting anything in return .. Only one positive is the hotel is near to prayagraj junction railway station. And nothing at all. Dont just go by google photos... Small rooms, some are smelling too. Room is unhygienic. If you have 2-3 luggage then you can't walk in room, there is no space in room after 2-3 big bags. We booked 3 room two of them was really worst. They changed one room but denied for 2nd. Worst experience ’’??
