Very disappointing experience with Hotel Legend Bakery.Based on positive recommendations, I ordered a 2 kg birthday cake for my child's birthday and clearly informed the bakery that I would collect it at 3:00 PM for a 4:00 PM party. However, when I arrived at 3:30 PM, the cake was still not properly prepared.Despite the delay being entirely on their side, no delivery assistance was offered. The cake that was eventually provided was incomplete, poorly finished, and far below acceptable quality standards. To make matters worse, I was charged the full amount of ’3,400.The staff's attitude and communication were also unprofessional and unhelpful. A special occasion was negatively impacted due to poor planning, lack of commitment, and inadequate customer service.I would not recommend this bakery based on my experience. Customers deserve timely service, quality products, and professional behavior, especially when paying premium prices.

I recently stayed at this beautiful property for a business trip and thoroughly enjoyed exploring the stunning city at night, thanks to its prime location right in the heart of town.The staff was incredibly cooperative and welcoming, the food was consistently tasty, and the rooms provided a highly comfortable environment to unwind.While the property itself is spacious and well-designed, the gym was a major disappointment, as it lacks proper equipment and seems to exist in name only.Overall, it is an excellent place to stay for both work and leisure.

This is good business hotel at 5he very convenient location in Prayagraj. The rooms are equipped with all tge required amenities and all the required toiletries were provided. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. The restaurant served multicusine food. Breakfast buffet had a good verity and dosa, uttappa also on demand. Food was tasty. Staff qas polite and helpful. They have a nice bakery in tge lobby. Freshly baked goodies are available there. Onsite private parking is available. Overall our stay here was enjoyable and comfortable. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Worst of all lodges. Stay only if, no room or lodge or railway station benches are not available. A dirty place. Dust all over. Tv not working. Dustbin paper not there. Laundry not available. Cobwebs all over. Pathetic food. Not a place to stay. BEWARE of such hotel. My organisation booked this room for me and I am thankful to them to tell me, what a chawl or a lodge looks like. Not that the chawl or lodges are bad, it is the value for money and expectations which matters. Even the bathroom is un hygienic. Shall be moving out to another hotel shortly.

The hotel is highly expensive. Very old rooms with lot of dust - there is rust everywhere.We had come fore 2 days but their service was good and helped us checked out within 1day.There aren't many guest staying here. Breakfast buffet wasn't available, they said they will prepare live and as there aren't guest around - though they helped us prepare dishes but if you are spending 8.5k per day, you expect good large menus for buffet.We had food in evening which was enoumously expensive (For 2 starters and 3 drinks - we got 2.2k as bill)We eventually went to Radisson which is 1.5km away which gave room at a lower rate (6.5k).Would recommend them to upgrade the rooms & be more competitive on rates.Only positive here is staff which is highly cooperative but what can they do if the owner doesn't upgrade facilities
