Very bad hotel staff and kindly not book this hotel
I booked this hotel through Agoda, but when I arrived, the room provided was much smaller than I expected. The hotel then charged me an additional 500 for a room upgrade.Moreover, my booking clearly included both breakfast and dinner, but the hotel refused to provide dinner as included in my booking. As a result, I had to pay an additional 700 for dinner.I would like to know what kind of booking this is. If the booking included breakfast and dinner, why was I charged extra for dinner? I am very disappointed with this experience and request Agoda to look into this matter and provide a proper explanation and refund for the extra charges.
