The location and air-conditioned rooms are quite good, but the non-AC rooms do not justify the price charged. The overall atmosphere is excellent. The biggest issue is the staff's behavior; the receptionist is particularly unfriendly, almost hostile. The hotel business is struggling, and such staff attitudes could quickly ruin the establishment. Management needs to address this seriously. I stayed there on 24/7/26, checked in around 5 pm, and checked out the next morning at about 9:30 am. I had planned to stay for 4 nights.
