I travel every 15 days to prayagraj and I have stayed at many hotels in prayagraj but Hotel su hash is best amongst them. These people know what hospitality means...!!! U may get spl welcome by very loving cute Doggie🐕 also in case u r a dog lover😇... And yess... Breakfast here is unmatched... Overall very pleasant stay.

Terrible Stay Experience

If I could give zero stars, I would. My entire stay was a nightmare from start to finish. The room reeked of cigarette smoke no matter how many times I aired it out. To make matters worse, there was constant construction right next to my room’hammering, drilling, and chaos at all hours.As if that wasn’t enough, I kept receiving irrelevant phone calls in the middle of the night, completely disrupting my rest. The staff were consistently impolite and dismissive, showing no concern for guest comfort. And despite all these issues, they had the audacity to charge me for early check’in’even though I checked out early too! When I pointed out their mistake, they flatly refused to acknowledge it.This hotel is the definition of unprofessional management and zero hospitality. Save yourself the frustration and book literally anywhere else

Value for Money. Room was neat and clean. Everything - TV, intercom, geyser, switches and plugs lift, were in working condition. Staffs were polite and cooperative.Room service is completely satisfactory. Nearby Railway junction. Foods is available and good at affordable prices. Similar as shown in site. Overall experience was good and fully satisfactory. Recommend to visit and stay’’’’’’
