Milan - A Boutique Hotel

Won’t recommend this to anyone-Poor service despite their big name: they didn’t offer WiFi even when it was working well. They kept saying something is wrong with WiFi. I think this issue has been faced by many other people who stayed here.-Power cut offs were very frequent. Although it was for a short time most of the time but it was so irritating imagine having 10 cuts in an hour or so.-No proper kitchen: I wanted to order food but they suggested to order it from outside since. They have a very weak kitchen if there is.-With no balcony access rooms are slightly suffocating.-AC is centralised hence feels very weak. The temperature was not high as hell hence somehow managed else in 40+ this AC won’t help at all.2/5: One expect better from such a big and nicely built hotel from outside but it was sheer disappointment.

Booked online.. They have internet but didn't share it.. Good breakfast.. Limited option buf for the price it's okk great location very close to station unfortunately full medicine market has taken over..

wifi not working ,rooms are getting suffocated with kitchen smoke,housekeeping of the room is not up to mark, hot water available in the bathrooms only in the morning hours

Be very cautious before booking this hotel. It is not the same Milan Palace as the one in Civil Lines. The rooms are extremely small, like windowless boxes, and very humid. The AC doesn’t work properly, and if you arrive in the evening, forget about hot water’hot showers are only available in the morning.The bedsheets, pillows, comforter, and pillowcases were dirty’completely unacceptable, not even up to a one-star standard. The room I booked was in terrible condition’trust me, it was really bad. The comforter was smelly and even had a suspicious red mark (possibly gutka).Although the front desk staff and other employees were polite, the rooms were simply awful. Don’t be fooled by the exterior appearance’always check the room before booking. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone!
