Hotel Blessings Imperia में मेरा अनुभव अच्छा नहीं रहा। होटल की बिल्डिंग तो ठीक है, लेकिन खाने-पीने की सुविधाएं पर्याप्त नहीं थीं। होटल की टीम का व्यवहार और खासकर वेटर्स की सेवा भी अच्छी नहीं लगी। स्टाफ से सहयोग और जवाबदेही की कमी महसूस हुई। उम्मीद है कि मैनेजमेंट फूड सर्विस, वेटर्स के व्यवहार और ग्राहक सेवा में सुधार करेगा।

Hotel Blessings Imperia में हमारा अनुभव बिल्कुल अच्छा नहीं रहा। एक होटल से जो सेवा और व्यवस्था की उम्मीद होती है, वह हमें यहाँ नहीं मिली। स्टाफ का व्यवहार और सेवा संतोषजनक नहीं थी और कई बार चीजों के लिए दोहराना पड़ा। कार्यक्रम के दौरान भी व्यवस्थाओं में काफी दिक्कतें आईं। होटल की ओर से coordination और management बेहतर होनी चाहिए थी। पैसे लेते समय जो वादे किए जाते हैं, सेवा देते समय भी उन्हें पूरा किया जाना चाहिए। कुल मिलाकर हमारा अनुभव निराशाजनक रहा। मैं इस होटल को किसी बड़े कार्यक्रम या professional event के लिए recommend नहीं करूंगा।
