Good for some heritage looking hotel , only approach road is issue , food quality is ok ok .

We selected this heritage hotel but we’re a little apprehensive about the amenities and its location. Last 100 meter is a narrow lane.However, once we reached the hotel we were pleasantly surprised by its looks but more importantly by the quality of service provided. The Manager Navneet was our first point of contact a very affable and competent professional who took good care of all our needs. The owner Amaan Singh is a young professional who was the X factor- we were delighted by his behaviour. He took us to the in-house temple and invited us to perform Rudra Abhishek. We chose this heritage hotel but had some concerns about the amenities and its location, especially since the last 100 meters is a narrow lane. However, upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the hotel's appearance and, more importantly, the excellent service. The manager, Navneet, was our first contact and proved to be a friendly and capable professional who attentively met all our needs. The owner, Amaan Singh, a young professional, was the standout—his behavior truly impressed us. He showed us the in-house temple and invited us to participate in the Rudra Abhishek, which was a spiritual experience. The food was tasty, and special thanks to Pradeep, Akshay, Abhishek, and Chef Ali. This hotel is a must-visit for anyone coming to this sacred city.

I stayed with my family for two nights. The property is a heritage bungalow that has been transformed into a hotel. The restaurant staff were very polite, and the food and service were excellent. However, for anyone planning to book, the swimming pool was not working during our visit.

We reserved a table ahead for my wife's birthday dinner on July 21st, hoping for a special heritage dining experience at WelcomHeritage Badi Kothi. Instead, it was a total disappointment in terms of time, money, and effort. The prices were shockingly high, totaling ₹5,605, similar to a 5-star hotel, but the food quality was more like a cheap roadside dhaba. We ordered Dry Chilli Paneer, Paneer Tikka, Paneer Lababdar, Paneer Butter Masala, Naan, Butter Tandoori Roti, and chocolate drinks, all of which were just average and not worth the cost. The location was a nightmare, tucked inside a narrow lane less than 10 feet wide in Daraganj, with no parking available. We were advised to use a small car like an Alto or WagonR instead of our Innova, or we would have been stuck. Even then, it took 35 minutes of difficult driving to get there. The staff were polite but seemed untrained and had trouble communicating in English and Hindi, so we had to repeat our orders several times. I really don't get how this place has 5-star ratings. Dining here was more of a punishment than a pleasure. Save your money and avoid this place!
