The facility was billed as a FabExpress, so we thought that it will be good in terms of amenities and location. There was however no lift and the so-called deluxe rooms were located in the third floor. Hotel location was in a small gully.

I checked in with my aged parents and firstly they allotted us a room in 2nd floor and the property does not have lift. The door lock was not wroking so after some checkings they allotted us a room in the 3rd floor. In that room the AC, geyser and TV were not functional. After about 5 hours we were able to turn on the TV. The AC and geyser were still not functional during our entire stay and they refused to change our rooms as well. Worst staff behaviour. Would never recommend the property.

1. The hotel is an extremely congested and messy area and the long pedestrian path to the hotel entrance was just about 3 feet wide with messy flooring. It was unbelievable that Agoda would offer such a place.2. The paid-up breakfast was like a joke. There is no breakfast place. They order the breakfast from a vendor with the only choice being Puri sabji (which was salty and we could not eat it) or a single bun (burnt black at many places while toasting (I guess, on a tava) with butter! Tea was available for breakfast but coffee was not. My wife does take tea, like many, and so had to go without coffee on both days that we stayed there.3. There was no hot water geyser or boiler in the bathroom. Instead, on demand, they used to heat water in our bucket using a 50 year old type technology of inserting an electric rod hung by an wooden stick!4. There are no rooms on the ground floor and going up the stairs was difficult for senior citizens.5. The door of the room (no. 202) could not be locked from inside! We had to spend time convincing and getting their person to using a screw and fixing the latch.6. The light in the bathroom was dim (room 202).7. Had an electric water kittle been provided with tea coffee making sachets, it would have helped a lot.

First of all the map is waaay off. Booked it to be close to the ganga and ended up all the way by the train station.The rooms look nothing as pictured.Staff can be rude

Hotel is on contested road and does not have perking space also the room is very small , but the staff is cooperative

Pathetic rooms, no cleanliness, very bad linen, no service at all. Pls don’t book this hotel if you are looking for decent to good stay.

We just had to stay for one night but the location is right in middle of Sabjj mandi and market...entry to hotel is purely dirty....we called room service for Good night ( for mosquito) he only answered call...and didn't deliver at allHorrible...

They shifted us to another hotel . That hotel was not even 1* hotel. Windows are broken and rats in the hotel
