Summary: Neat and clean, well lit rooms with zero service. Stay here only when you need a room to stay and won't have food here. This Radisson is probably the worse among all the Radisson in India. It's probably functioning at a lower level than any budget hotel/oyos. Pros: Decent sized, clean and neat, well lit rooms. Cons: 1. Poor service in the restaurant. We waited for 1.5+ hours for our food and some of it even later. 2. They do not provide hair dryer by default in the room. (Is this hotel really a 4 star hotel!?). And when we asked for it, they sent a non working hair dryer which was clearly labelled as "not working 0" 3. Basic safety amenities are missing in the bathroom. There is no handle/bar in the bathroom for elders and no anti skid mat. If they fall, then there's no chance of not being unalive. 4. Very lazy staff. We asked for water and they said to us that we cannot give you water in the reception and you need to go to our restaurant on 1st floor. This was at approximately 7.15 am. I am mentioning time for the transparency if this is okay for any reader. 5. Their reception staff/managers don't care. I mentioned all the challenges to the staff at reception "Hussain" and his reaction was ok. Indifference to the extent that you will question if you should ever consider staying at Radisson. Last thoughts: if Radisson ever goes down, the Radisson Prayagraj will be the starting point. This Radisson will make me question all my future Radisson stay considerations.
