My experience was utterly terrible — I wish I could give this hotel a negative rating! I reserved The Bunglo Villa in Ashok Nagar, Civil Lines, hoping for a decent stay, but what I got was completely unacceptable. Initially, I was assigned a filthy and very foul-smelling room on the third floor. Although it had a balcony, that did nothing to make up for the awful condition. The bedsheet and pillow covers reeked badly, and the whole room smelled terrible. Since I was working remotely, having Wi-Fi was crucial. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. When I raised the issue, instead of fixing it, the staff moved me to a smaller room, saying the Wi-Fi would be better there. But the problem persisted — no Wi-Fi in the new room either! I ended up switching rooms five times, yet the problem remained unresolved. Imagine paying for a hotel, losing a day’s salary because you can’t work, being forced to move repeatedly, and still getting no basic service. To make matters worse, the staff was completely unprofessional about refunds. Despite the poor service and unresolved Wi-Fi issues, they refused to refund me. This was not a minor issue; it directly impacted my work and cost me a day’s pay. Smelly rooms, dirty bedding, no Wi-Fi, multiple room changes, no solution, no refund, and unprofessional management. I honestly can’t understand how they charge guests for such poor service. If I could, I’d give this hotel minus five stars. Never book this place. It was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had — absolutely awful from beginning to end.
