फ़ैबहोटल इंपीरियल हाउस, प्रयागराज में ठहरना अब तक का सबसे खराब अनुभव रहा। ऐप या बुकिंग साइट्स पर दिखाए गए चमकदार फोटो बिलकुल भरोसेमंद नहीं हैं—वास्तविकता उनसे बहुत अलग है। चेक-इन और लोकेशन: "रिसेप्शन" नाम की जगह असल में एक गैरेज में रखा टेबल था। रात को देर से पहुंचने पर कोई भी मौजूद नहीं था। चेक-इन के लिए घंटों इंतजार करना पड़ा। कमरा और सफाई: कमरा गंदा और धूल से भरा था। दीवारें सीपेज के कारण बुरी तरह उखड़ी हुई थीं। बेडशीट दागदार, गंदी और इस्तेमाल के लायक नहीं थीं। हमें अपनी ही चादर बिछाकर कुछ घंटे सोना पड़ा। बाथरूम: पूरी तरह अस्वच्छ था। कमोड दागदार, नल जंग लगे हुए और तौलिए गंदे व दागदार थे। सेफ्टी और स्वास्थ्य जोखिम: पीने का पानी इस्तेमाल किए हुए, फेंके हुए प्लास्टिक बोतलों में दिया गया था—यह बहुत बड़ा स्वास्थ्य खतरा है। सर्विस और स्टाफ: शिकायत करने पर स्टाफ ने हल्के में कहा कि "रूम तो ऐसे ही होते हैं"। मैनेजमेंट (एक महिला जिन्हें कॉल करने को कहा गया) समस्याओं को हल करने की बजाय बार-बार उन्हें सही ठहराने की कोशिश करती रहीं। रात को देर से कोई कॉल करके पेमेंट की मांग करने लगा, जबकि हमारी जायज शिकायतों को नजरअंदाज किया गया। सुबह तक रिसेप्शन फिर से खाली था। रात देर हो चुकी थी और एडवांस पेमेंट हो चुका था, इसलिए मजबूरन कुछ घंटे रुकना पड़ा। फ़ैबहोटल्स जैसी कंपनियों को ऐसी घटिया प्रॉपर्टीज से जुड़कर अपनी साख खराब नहीं करनी चाहिए। लिस्टिंग से पहले क्वालिटी चेक की सख्त जरूरत है। इस प्रॉपर्टी से हर हाल में बचना चाहिए!

बहुत खराब तीसरी श्रेणी की सेवा, कोई सफाई नहीं, चादर, तौलिया, साबुन कुछ भी उपलब्ध नहीं है, कमरे में चूहे, मच्छर और बदबू है। प्लेटफार्म पर रुकना ठीक है लेकिन यहाँ नहीं। मुफ्त में भी नहीं। ऑनलाइन booking.com से 1400 रुपये में लिया।

I believe the website pictures are misleading; the reality is quite different with very poor room conditions and amenities. The smell in the room made it impossible to sleep overnight. I suggest booking in Dharamshala instead of this place.
