The aesthetic atmosphere and heritage appearance are unquestionable. The haveli exudes a lovely Nawabi elegance with antique features, and its location is excellent. The staff are courteous and composed. However, some maintenance could be improved.

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Extremely Poor Service at Kunjpur Guest HouseI am writing to formally express my complete dissatisfaction with the appalling service and unethical practices we encountered at Kunjpur Guest House during our recent stay. Despite making an advance booking and full payment, our check-in experience was nothing short of a nightmare.To our shock, we were not provided with the room shown in the pictures at the time of booking. Instead, we were deceived and directed to what appeared to be staff quarters in the basement, typically designated for drivers. It was only after we strongly protested that your staff suddenly admitted the room was “not ready”—a blatant lie, as within just two minutes, they conveniently managed to shift us upstairs to a room that was clearly available all along.Adding to this appalling experience was the disgraceful behavior of your service desk manager, Mr. Arjun. His attitude was shockingly disrespectful when we informed him that we would be leaving a review about the terrible treatment we received. Rather than addressing our concerns with professionalism or even a hint of remorse, he arrogantly dismissed our complaint, acting as though he was superior to everyone simply because he spoke English. His condescending approach and lack of basic courtesy toward guests are unacceptable. No guest should be subjected to such humiliation and mistreatment.This experience was beyond unacceptable, and I demand that serious action be taken against Mr. Arjun for his unprofessionalism and blatant disregard for customer service. Additionally, I expect a formal response from your management explaining how you plan to address these deceptive booking practices and the overall lack of hospitality.I trust that you will take immediate steps to rectify this situation.
