I have never experienced such unprofessional behaviour from front-desk staff at a hotel, with specific reference to Mr. Shukla. His manner of dealing with guests was extremely discourteous and lacked the basic courtesy and professionalism expected from someone working at the front desk.Guests who pay a premium amount for their stay expect to be treated with respect, courtesy, and professionalism. Unfortunately, the interaction with Mr. Shukla was highly disappointing and, in my view, did not reflect the standards expected of a good hotel.

Very Very poor Service n breakfast quality also not up to standard, there is no sweet dish, Room service is also very poor , Room intercom are not properly working and when we ordered for a icecube bucket in Room, they send us big Plastic bucket instead of icecube bucket , its happened Jokes of the that day but they didn't provided Icecubes , they said that icecubes are out of stock because there was a party in hotel n its all consumed in that party when we resisted they provided us one bucket n said its specially arranged for them from out side n they charged us for the icecubes n added the amount in bill whereas no hotel charged for icecubes , No proper hot water in bathroom n when we complained at reception next morning proper hot water running out from bathroom tape . in whole the hotel is not worth for staying . A lots of improvement required .

Overall, the stay was pretty decent. The staff was good and polite, especially the check-in guys and room service staff.The main issues were the food and Wi-Fi. The food was average and quite overpriced, and they don’t allow outside food, which was inconvenient. I also had an issue with the Wi-Fi — the range around the working desks is almost zero, and even where it works, it’s very slow and weak. Pretty disappointing if you need to work from there.I also ordered medicines from Blinkit and asked them to collect them from the front desk and send them to my room, but they refused even after I told them it was medicine, so I had to go downstairs myself.Apart from these things, the staff and overall service were good and the pricing was fairly reasonable.

The food was excellent, the rooms were very clean, and I appreciate the front desk for their assistance, especially a special thanks to Miss Akanksha.

Outstanding service from Mr. Vinod Kr Tiwari and Chef Durgesh Gupta. The food was fantastic and the hospitality was wonderful. Keep up the great work...
